This gorgeous hillside home, located in the American Flag neighborhood of Deer Valley, is a perfect location for your ski vacation. It has all the amenities of home and absolutely incredible mountain views. You can be to the Snow Park or Silver Lake areas of Deer Valley Resort within a few minutes drive, which makes a day of skiing quite convenient.

This home is beautifully decorated with designer furniture and stunning artwork throughout. When you enter the home, the front entryway will take you down one flight of stairs to the great room area. On this floor you will find the wide open kitchen and living room area as well as the incredibly spacious family room. Also, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on this floor. Both of these rooms have twin beds and attached bathrooms. Down one more flight of stairs are the three master suites. Each of these rooms includes a large living space and attached bath. You will also find the hot tub and lower patio area on this floor.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, decorative and comfortable suede furnishings, a wood burning, floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace separates the living room and kitchen, 32” LCD TV, DVD player, stunning mountain views.

Family Room: High vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, comfortable furnishing throughout the room makes for a very peaceful atmosphere to absorb the gorgeous artwork and sweeping mountain views.

Kitchen: Separated from the living room by a wood burning, floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, this kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals. Sub Zero and Jenn Air appliances throughout. The dining area is also included in this room with seating for 8 at the granite dinner table.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, adjoins the kitchen area. This room is very spacious and right next to the fireplace for cozy dining.

Game Room/Den: A perfect space for enjoying the afternoon with friends! This room has a 27” TV and a foosball table. There is also a small couch for relaxing.

Bedrooms:
Master Suite #1: King bed, lots of closet space, attached bathroom with jetted bathtub. This room also includes a small office space with a desk and HP printer.

Master Suite #2: Queen bed, attached bathroom with jetted bathtub. This room has a sliding glass door with access to the rear patio area/hot tub.

Master Suite #3: King bed and twin bed, attached bathroom with jetted bathtub. TV with DVD/VCR and digital cable. This room is situated in the middle of the lower floor of the house, but has a huge pane glass window to open up the breath taking mountain views.

Bedroom #4: Three twin beds arranged in a unique bunk style. Perfect for the younger portion of the group! This room has an attached full bathroom and the game room just outside the door.
