The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers and a laundry room are located in the common, underground garage.

This unit is on the first floor of the complex, and approximately 800 square feet in size. It’s front door is accessed from an interior hallway. From street level and the common patio area there are 5 steps up to enter this hallway, or from the garage you will come up a full flight of stairs.  Once inside the condo it is all one level, with the living room and dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is separated by a counter/bar.  There is a powder room just off the hall by the kitchen, and then the master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom.

Kitchen: Well equipped for cooking meals.  Adjacent to living room area.
