The Double Eagle condominiums are located in Silver Lake, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort.  They are built up the hillside and have a ski access onto the Success ski run on Deer Valley Resort’s lower mountain. From this trail, ski down to the base of the mountain and start your ski day from there (the base area is also where the ski school meets for lessons each morning and afternoon).

This condo is quite luxurious with great views from nearly every window. It is approximately 3,000 square feet and has a 3 level floor plan.  The entry level is the living room, kitchen, dining area combined as one great room, with a deck outside off the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, and on the lower level are the second and third bedrooms as well as a family room.  The deck outside has a private hot tub.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating.

Family Room: Located on lower level with TV and VCR.

Kitchen: Newly remodeled and customized with slate tile flooring, granite counters, island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the living area.  Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 8, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, fireplace, TV/VCR, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower. There is an alcove/sitting area adjoining the bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper.
Second – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom with double vanity.
Third – Two twin beds, TV, VCR, adjoining bathroom with entry off bedroom and family room.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level deck.

Laundry Room:  Washer and dryer in laundry room on main level.

Garage:  Common parking garage with elevator access to upper units in the complex.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  Use ski access to get onto the ski runs and back to the condo, or walk to the Silver Lake Lodge (2/10 mile).
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4.5 miles
Distance to Main Street: 3.5 miles
Distance to Free Bus:  75 yards to bus stop.

Note: There are several stairs involved in reaching the front door of this condo and to access the ski trail. To get on the Deer Valley mountain from this condo involves walking up a couple of flights of stairs to the access trail and pole/skate out to the Success ski run.  It is a relatively flat trail with not much slope. Ski back to the same location and take the stairs down to this condo.
