This unit is an upper level unit, which means there are stairs up to the front door, but it also allows for vaulted ceilings in the living room and no tenants above you. There are two levels within the condo, and it has approximately 900 square feet of living space.  The kitchen, living room, bedroom and a full sized bathroom are on the entry level, and the loft as well as a bathroom with a shower are upstairs.
