A short walk away from the condo is the Park City Racquet Club, a city owned tennis/pool/health facility available to the public for a daily fee. The condo has 3 levels and is approximately 1400 square feet.

The living room, kitchen, dining area, and 1 bathroom are on the main.  Upstairs is the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and another bathroom.  The loft is on the third level, accessed via a stairway in the second bedroom and overlooks that room.
