The Double Jack condos are a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort, and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) This small complex consists of 6 condos in the building, and it’s a great value for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

This lovely condo is approximately 1500 square feet. It is accessed by stairs or the elevator, and is mostly all one level except for the fourth bedroom, which is on the lower level. The entry is on the main level, with master bedroom suite and the second and third bedrooms separated by the living room and adjacent kitchen and dining area.  Just off the dining area is the hot tub in an enclosed redwood room, and this is also where the stairs go down to the fourth bedroom.  The condo also has a private sauna.

Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, cassette/CD player, plenty of seating.

Kitchen: Separated from the living room and dining area by a counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.  Solid surface countertops and updated appliances.

Dining Room: Seating for 10 at dining table, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.  

Bedrooms: 
Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom with large tiled shower (no tub).
Second – Queen bed, bathroom nearby in hallway with shower only with access to sauna.
Third – Queen bed, full bathroom just outside in hall.
Fourth – Two twin beds, adjoining bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private indoor hot tub.

Sauna: Private to unit, located in hall near second and third bedrooms, adjacent to and four

Laundry Room:  Stacking washer/dryer (Maytag Neptune) in laundry closet near kitchen.

Garage:  Common area garage with assigned parking, room for 2 cars.
Note:  The clearance is only about 6 ½ feet; high profile vehicles, especially with ski racks could be a problem!

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 3/10 mile via car to Resort Center, or walk around the corner to the stairs at 13th Street and Norfolk, up through the parking lot to the lifts (approximately 350 yards).
