The entry (front door) actually faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located.  This is the middle level of the condo, where you will find the combined kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as one of the full bathrooms.  The garage is on the lower level just off the street; the fourth bedroom and washer and dryer are on this level also. The master, second and third bedrooms, are on the top level, with a powder room in the hall and a full bath off the master.
