Alpine Ski Properties will take care of all your luxury accommodation needs in Park City and Deer Valley Resort. With over 20 years experience in property management and vacation planning, there is simply no other service as capable.

Park City and Deer Valley Resort are exceptional resort destinations. They are rich with history, natural beauty, and services beyond compare. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay.

If you have a question or would like to place a reservation, the friendly, local reservationists at Alpine Ski Properties will be more than happy to take your call. We also offer assistance in planning other activities and special requests such as grocery shopping, lift tickets and airport transportation.

Winter Policies

Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Penalties:  Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended.  Ask your reservationist for details.

Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested.  Other restrictions may apply.

Maid Service:  Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning.  Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee.

CHECK IN:  4p.m. CHECK OUT: 10a.m.

All properties are non-smoking.  Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization.

Check in: Please check in at our office centrally located in Park City at 1776 Park Ave. Suite #10, in the Holiday Village Mall.

(From Park Avenue, turn into the Fresh Market grocery store parking lot (used to be Albertson's).  To the left and behind Fresh Market is Sports Authority; we are between Sports Authority and the Cinemark Movie Theatres.)
