The Ridgepoint condominiums are located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, and have very convenient access to the slopes. In fact, this complex has it's own ski access trail which leads directly to the Success ski run! At the end of the day it is simple to return to the condo via a quick walk across Royal Street (about 300 yards).

With approximately 1800 square feet of living space on two levels plus a loft, this condo is spacious and nicely appointed. The ground level has all the bedrooms, making access very easy when carrying luggage! The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom, just down the hall has another king bed and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This bathroom is located in the main floor hallway between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom, located right next to the deck with the private hot tub, has a queen bed.

The second level includes the dining area, the kitchen and the living room. The living room has vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and a floor to ceiling rustic stone fireplace. Upstairs from the main level is the loft which has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a table for three people. Also, incredible views of the mountains can be seen from balconies on either floor.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals with all brand new appliances, granite counters, beautiful cabinetry and tile flooring.
